I bought a couple of DVDs from The FIRM to boost up my workout routine.

I am a person who feel very comfortable repeating the same routine, but it lacks stimulation to go further in some case. Weight loss & workout are one of them. As a part of "plateau buster", I jogged/walked on last Sunday that made me realized I was still out of shape! It was only two miles and I jogged only partially, but it was so hard on my lungs.

Just because I get close to my weight goal, it is not the same with I am in shape. Well, my body condition may better than a couple of years ago, since I do workout regularly lately. But there is a huge space for improvement.


The DVDs I bought newly are "Pump, Jump 'N Jab" and "Total Body Time-Crunch". Both are the combination of cardio and total body toner, and that's what I was looking for. I tried "Pump, Jump 'N Jab" today. The instructor Kelsie Daniels was new to me, but I read many good reviews on this workout. This one had many movement of kick boxing, and it's new and fun, I can say. But as the first day, it was hard to follow for me. I think I did 75% of it, but it was enough tough to fee pain on my legs and core. Once I get familiar with this workout, it should bring great results on my body!
