Is feeling very stressed out and upset with myself about my recent weight gain.. i let my stress get the best of me this past couple of months. Its time for me to start handling my stress in a more positive way like working out or going for a walk... NOW WITH THAT SAID LETS GET IT!! TIME TO START WORKING ON MYSELF!! 1000 calories a day no more no less!!
