Thursday will be the end of my R1 Ph2 Day 23 .. going to take a planned Interuption.. for one week.. and than I will finish my R1 Ph2 and do the final days of a a 43 day round. Ill be pretty close to my goal weight I hope by than.. and pretty much stick to atkins after Ph3 and Ph4. So I guess this means Im half way thru my journey .. and I must say so far its pretty successful. Follow P & I with no cheats.. and very little tweeking. Havent had any side effects .. at all.. been reading everything I can .. sifting thru all the information..and picking out good info .. tossing the bad LOL. Thanks to all who supposrt me here!! <hugs>
