Yay -- lost weight over the weekend! That's very hard for me to do.

No workout this morning because I was too tired. But I don't feel bad because I think I worked out the previous 6 days. I think it's no big deal to skip a workout occasionally.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
