for 24 days have been on a diet of breakfast- 2 eggs 1 c spinach, lunch, 3 oz of salmon/or grilled chicken, 1 c veggies. usually the same for dinner. feel really good. but dissappointed the scale hasn't budged much. i feel i look good and only seem to lost an 1-3 inchs. just don't know what is happening.
