WELL Im back on my diet yet again
why did I eat all that bread on holiday and 400 calorie a glass red wine I ask my self?
stress after my hubby rote off the car we was in down a 30 foot embankment it was confort eating and drinking that made me gain half a stone 7 lbs!
o Here I am after clearing out 8 big bags of clothes and keeping all the uk sizer 10-12s I have no othere choice!
