Most of losing weight is mental. You have to really want it. Write down the reasons you want to lose weight and post it on your fridge. Get some fitness or health oriented magazines and read them. Put on some headphones and music and go out for a walk. Living healthy is a way of life and you need to start taking baby steps and making changes you can live with for the rest of your life. Plan out your food for the day. You have to find out what motivates you. I know once I get back into the groove of eating healthy and exercising, I like to keep doing it because it makes me feel good. Good luck!
