I ordered The FIRM TrnasFIRMer step system. It will take up to three weeks to receive it, and I can't wait to start using it!

Since I added cardio machine to my workout routine, I feel my endurance gets better. It was easy to do today's The FIRM dvd, Hard Core Fusion, and I could pay attention to every muscle I was using. Then doing cardio machine after that was not difficult either. I think it is the sign that my lung and heart gets stronger. I am happy to fit in pretty clothes, but I am more happy to feel the improvement on my body's ability. I hope the new FIRM system I ordered will strengthen my body further!
