I have a hard time stop eating before sleep.
I did pretty well today until.... I snacked a lot at night time. :(

I use to be a BIG bedtime snacker, couldn't go without one. What I learned to do was keeping my mind and hands busy during those hours. Try finding a hobby of some sort - I took up drawing, which helped a lot. It was relaxing for me and it kept my mind off of snacking. It takes a long time to break that habit, but once you do, you don't even think about it or have to "try" not to do it. Good luck!!

Thanks for your advice! I try crocheting to keep my mind busy lately. It works sometimes. :)
