Ate too many raisons yesterday.....

I really miss the gym.

You are doing so well! I wouldn't let a few raisins get you down :) You're looking great and SO CLOSE to goal - do you have a celebration plan for when you are "finished"? PS. I know Weight Watchers has a 'maintenance' plan that you do for 6 weeks to get you used to eating to stay at a set weight. But I've never gotten there so I don't know what it is!

Oh Friend, the evil about raisins is if you don't floss they can put into fast forward cavities. My daughter loved them and ate all the time for about 6 months, Our next dentist visit she had three full blown cavities that were not there at the last visit! Have you tried to make an appointment with yourself to get to the gym? I know for me if I can talk myself out of my cardio I will...and if I would just push play on my vcr and get moving my body loves it! YOU can do this! YOU have done amazing things!

My problem is that I have negative time for the next 5 weeks - I'm not allowed to do anything but eat, sleep, thesis and occasionally walk the dog.... after that.... I'm going to be running around like a maniac, but hopefully I can sneak a few bits of cardio in. I'm trying to do a bit of yoga in the morning to get the computer cramps out and some intermittent weights in during the day. Today is a tight deadline, but if I could get ahead, it'll bode better for me in the sleep department.

I'm going to go brush and floss my teeth. I don't usually eat raisons, but I took the whole bag to my desk and before I realized it, they were half gone - duh. Not so worried about the calories - but my stomach is protesting my feeding it half a bag of dried fruit.

Sleep is good during thesis time. I chose sleep over exercise during thesis any day!!! Thoses bits of yoga and weights during the day add up! Take good care. 5 weeks until the end -YOU can do it!

so, it's high in calories, but it's also good in fiber...and way better than a box of chocolates...no harm done...don't sweat it...or do sweat it, but in the gym! ;)
