I don't know if I'm ever going to lose weight. I can't seem to break out of this cycle. I have to keep trying, but not feeling too hopeful right now. I'm babysitting two kids as well as my own daughter for the rest of the summer, then a 3 week vacation in September. Stress leads me to snack a lot and not watch portions. I have to figure out something that will work for my current schedule, because its not working to have a strict calorie allowance every day. I don't know what to do, I'm just going to record everything and try not to fall off the wagon anymore.
