It has been 5+ days of entering my food, exercise and I feel good. I worked out from Sun - Thurs, took Friday off and did an hour class today. I think my personality thrives on seeing the calories i ate and burned..it has given me motivation. Last nite I went out to eat but planned my menu prior to. I did have a couple of drinks which gave me a headache. note to self: lay off the booze. I lost 2.4 lbs since Monday and I am looking forward the FatSecret challenge to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I would like to be down 10 lbs by my B-day in 4 weeks.
