I am a almost 52 years young female who is only 5 ft tall. I lost 20 lbs three years ago but over the last year I have gained it back. I call the gain my "happy" gain. It is now time to get back on track. I am an avid exerciser and one of the few folks who love to exercise. I have a busy stressful job and find that exercise helps relieve stress. Lack of exercise is not my problem..it is food. I eat too big of portions and lately, I have been indulging in junk food which I never did previously. I love fruits and veggies so I am going to take advantage of the summer bounty of fresh fruits/veggies to help get the weight off. I also am taking an intense kickboxing class to get me out of my eliptical rut.
