I have been sticking to the plan. Counting calories and staying at 1200, working out-have worked out everyday since Saturday and I feel in control. I like logging in my food as it makes me accountable for what I put in my mouth. I do have a glass of wine on my list today which I may take off as I know how I am when I have a drink.
