Went to a fish fry last night and did not exactly eat what i had hoped--tooo much, actually. Something about fried crappie and fried sweet potato slices....today is definitely another day. I didn't go too crazy with the fish and just had half of a cookie, but those potatoes....I at least don't feel like I need to restrict today--just eat my 25 points and move on.

Yes, I think thats the secret, no need beating ourselves up about an outing, just move on and keep at it. You sound very positive and that definately helps!
