Here we go again. After a week of vacation and weeks of not weighing myself, i finally faced the scale. I am the highest weight that I know of. Kept in check yesterday and dropped a lb but now i am a lb above my highest weight. Stop the madness. Hate the tire around my waist which is where the 13 or so lbs since my wedding 11 months ago has gone. Need to do the work: eat right, exercise, lay off the wine and just get it off. no more excuses.
