It's been really busy with house chores and hard to make time to prepare my own meal. I cooked my husband's one though. I hope I will have time to prepare something better for dinner. Otherwise, I may eat the one I will prepare for my husband... My husband eats lots of meat while I don't eat them much, so I end up to cook two different meals very often.
Today's workout was hard! Doing The FIRM's Cardio Overdrive in the early morning is really hard! One good thing is that I still feel alright for this new routine. I guess my body learned to adjust to the early morning workout schedule although I'm a night owl.
