I think I am going to start weighing myself once a month. When I weigh myself once a week and see that I only lost a pound I get really discouraged and just want to eat. I am an emotional eater. Well I haven't weighed myself in 29 days and have somewhat stuck to my diet. So next week I will weigh myself and see how much I have lost. Hopefully it will be four pounds or more. That would make me happy.
