Lossed control this weekend with my eating. Planned on only having one "cheat" meal but it turned out to be an all weekned affair! Oh well I'm back on track today. I'm trying to muster the motivation to excercise, I will do it I have to. I only gained a pound from my lack of willpower though so I guesus the damage wasn't to bad.
We'll see how I do today.

Update I excercised I stayed within my points and I lost a lb so not to bad a day :}

One more thing I avoided the dreaded snack machine! LOL
