I did workout in the morning, before breakfast because I am a little frustrating of my weight change. The last time I tried workout before breakfast didn't work well for my energy level wise. I am not a morning person and felt so dehydrated. This time, I'll make sure to drink water as much as I can and watch out my energy level. I also slightly decrease the intensity of exercise machine to keep up my energy level.
My current weight is about the same weight in my high school, I think. Those days, I was one of heavier girls in the class and very unhappy. I didn't like to go shopping for clothes because they don't fit me well. I didn't want to try them on in the dressing room because you need to come out with too small and ill-fitted clothe from the dressing room. I really want to push it down to 53kg which I would feel happier with!
