Need some help. I had a run in with a piece of glass yesterday that left stitches in the palm of my left hand. It doesn't really hurt, but is a nuisance. Any suggestions on how to work out my arms for the next 9 or 10 days? I can't grip anything which means no weights or resistance bands. I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks guys!

Ohhhhh.....sorry about your little accident darlin....! Hope it heals really fast....do some arm circles....start with little ones and make them bigger - then reverse directions....And even using no weights - If I do bicep curls and REALLY focus on the bicep....and do it really slow....I can feel it working my upper arms....there are lots of ways to stretch out your arms without using weights....
I use Google search ALOT - you'll find ideas there too!!!
Huggies darlin.....and take care of your hand!

You just got some great advice from drd3775, I would've said about the same. Also take the time to focus more on cardio & legs/abs for a while that way when your hand heals you can take a bit to focus on arms. I'm sending healing thoughts your way!!

What about wrist weights? Or ankle weights that buckle up worn like a wrist watch? Just an idea. I'm sorry about your injury. It must be frustrating trying to work around it.
