Still having a great week. Had my quarterly checkup with my diabetes doc. We talked about my weight loss and he was very supportive of my continuing to my goal and beyond. We also talked about my meds. I've been on insulin for a couple of years and for now we are trying oral meds only. This is a huge milestone for me. I was hoping for this but not counting on it. Thank you all especially Carolyn , Chris and Andrew for the support and encouragement!
