Ugh.

The good news is that I am finally back to recording my food. The bad news is that I've already come close to my RDI and it's only 12:36! It's okay...I know that at least recording today is a step in the right direction. I was just hoping to record AND choose wisely. Talking to self: All is not lost. Stay on track!
