Since Monday, I started doing cardio in the morning before breakfast because I read an article on a web site. It said that doing cardio first in the morning before breakfast was the most effective for weight loss. Maybe it is, but it is not really working well on me. I always have a problem to drink enough water, so doing cardio before breakfast dehydrate me more. If you drink water frequently enough, it may work...? Addition to this, it's TOM, so my weight change is likely from water retention. (I did have more calories ate this week than usual though...) I really have to force myself to drink water and am going to do cardio not before breakfast.
