The week has been good finally lost weight after a weekend of eating. But here we go again. Camping this weekend with the Family, food all weekend long. Need to remind myself we are going to walk, hike, swim lay in the sun ( I hope).

All in all good week and proud of myself for lossing 20lbs. I can do this again haha.
