Yesterday was....well.... really bad.When I go overboard...I go overboard....I actually felt sick most of the day eating like that....I ate all day long....today I still feel sick...I am happy I feel like that because I will stay on track and when I feel like going off, I will remind myself of yesterday and how I felt....I will have to work really hard now because I am sure I gained a few from yesterday...
