Been on the slow carb diet, by Tim Farris. I'm on my fourth day now. And just had my first Sat binge day. Ate almost every crap on earth, felt grossed, but still manage to lose 1 pound this morning compared to my morning weight yesterday. How's that possible???????!!!!!!!!!! Yeppiesssss!
