Back to the gym Monday, I hope. Scale says 19.4% body fat and 566.8% water. I haven't backslid too bad. I have got to get back to the gym though. I feel all jiggly. Oy. Attempting to have a "non-cheat" meal dinner for the first Saturday night in forever. It seems like whenever we go out to dinner on Saturdays, I not only cheat then, but then next morning for breakfast and it's an endless binge until Monday morning. I want to keep myself in shape and not have these yo-yo weights all the time.
