Does anyone know how to change the diet that you are on from Atkins to something else???

go to your toolbox on the right hand column !and click diet..you change it there

It is said that when you change your diet it "resets" your history. I had considered changing mine, since I'm doing a hybrid. I'll keep watch of your history just to see what happens (in case you decide to do it).
