Light exercise on the elliptical stepper today. Did a good job on the diet yesterday. One of my patterns is to be so pleased with a good day that I let up on the next day. SO... no letting up today.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
