No exercise today, Long work days just take it out of me. Hubby made dinner tonight, mexican. That is the one type of food that I have a hard time telling myself to stop on. I guess it's just that it has so much flavor that I crave compared to everything else. It's a learning curve that i'm finally starting to get control of and learning to stop when I feel full.

Here's some tips to help make those tacos a bit healthier. Use ground chicken - more expensive but lower in fat. Not as gross as ground turkey. Use fat free plain yogurt instead of sour cream. And check out the Weight Watchers cheese, they have a mexican variety. Que bueno!

I love Mexican. It's my favorite. I know just what you mean. It gets easier with practice. At a restaurant, I take 10 chips, put them on my plate and those are my chips for the evening. No more. There's nothing wrong with any type of food, only with unrestrained portions of it.
