It's never too late to start over again..even if this is my again, again. I am free of some major time consuming stressors that used to consume my mind and physical space & time, and I am dealing with current stressors much better than I would have in the past. So now I am ready to get physically back on track. I need to get back to portion control and moving more. That's what I have been doing for the last week and it is working. To keep with it though, I know I do better with journaling and with a program/community like this. I am an emotional eater so I still need to figure out how to settle that down if I get overwhelmed.
