Just made my first speed improve in running. 10 min jog 2 running 2 jog 2 running 2 jog 2 running 2 jog 2 running 2 jog 2 running 2 jog 2 running 10 jog 1 sprint Some Gypsy gays try to surround me in the park I was sacred they was about 6 man between 15-25years I think. Thats way even I was tired I made a sprint till my home. I never go to running that late. It was dangerous.
