My husband and I started Atkins a week ago. When we were married my wedding rings were size 4. After a few years and 2 children, my rings were sized up to 7. Six years ago we lost a lot of weight on the PSMF diet. My rings were sized down to 5. My rings haven"t fit for 5 years. My goal is to get back into my beautiful rings. :)

I am sure you will have those rings fitting again soon. Most of us here are second or third times for this diet merry go round :). It does seem slower this time but its a better chance to make this a lifestyle so we can finally keep the weight off. good luck :)

I know how important your goal must be for you. You will get there. The trick is to make this a lifetime commitment.
