Maintaining wait is a more complicated then loosing it. When I reach my goal I start to eat like I don't see food in my entire life. I even don't eat a thing that I like it I just eat till overeat and then go to bad with stomachache. This is some kind of psychosis I think "Now I can eat that particular kind of food that I can't eat last months" I take one two of my favorite comfort food and the I can't stop I even can't stop thinking about that food that is in my fridge. I just want to eat everything that is unforbidden now. Two massive junk food days. What a shame. If somebody have advice for "my Maintaining" I will be appreciated. Today I don't have desire to eat. I feel lost. Today I run again for a first time this week. The only positive thing about my gaining today is that I have a power to run very well I don't realize how hard I to run on a low carb, low fat diet. I jog for 4 k and run the last one.

that is why I tell people that whatever you do to lose the weight, you have to keep doing to maintain (with a little more food). If you deprive yourself for months on end, you can end up in that binge cycle. Try to change your habits so that you can eat what you want but within limits. If you have a red light food, don't keep it around the house. If you really want something, buy 1 piece of it if possible. It's all about moderation and proper portions. The first bite tastes like the last. You can do it, you just have to change your mind set and you are right (maintaining is as hard or harder than losing). Good luck!
