Today I ate more junk than I have in a month, did'nt taste that great.
Spent the day hiking at Natural bridges, did a 1.9 mile hike with elev. change of 1500 feet, that will make you realize how out of shape you are. Felt great that I accomplished it(after I could breathe again!).
