I'm going back to calorie counting

I'm pretty sure my weight will drop back fast, but I've noticed I've started to cut back on water intake which is a warning sign to me. I have been travelling and working, and it's harder to keep track so this is just maintaining my patterns and get myself going again.
103 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Every time I stop counting, my weight loss slows or stops. Every time I come back, it goes right back to steady loss. Seems like a pretty clear cause and effect :) Definitely sympathize with travel making it difficult. I find just trying to get some exercise in makes a big difference, so I'll usually find time for an hour walk or some time in the hotel fitness room.
