I know i need to start workin out, but it's really hard to get in the habit! up late does not equal getting up early... need to take a lesson from old Benny Franklin. "early to bed..." something about wisdom. ah.

I am a night owl, so I work out at night. As long as I have at least two hours before bed after I work out, I'm fine. If I try to work out in the morning, it never happens.
