well I am finally there. Now the hard work starts of maintaining. My plan is to not change my exercise routine and to continue on basically the same diet that I have been following.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 53.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
