I feel so happy when I lose weight. All my day is brighter and happier and I feel a lot of power to do daily workout. But when the day is one of those in which i put a little weigh I feel stressed and want to eat something sweet to feel better. This emotional eating ruined my diet. And this is the reason that i need to loose weight. ......... But today is one of my sunny days:).............
