Just an FYI: The Biggest Loser DVD kicked my butt. It's funny...I know they say you should always change up your workout and here is proof as to why: I can walk fast and even jog a tad but this was totally different and I am SOOO SORE. It's good though--I know I worked hard.

Maybe I'll have to give it a try. I've been looking for something different getting tired of biking everyday. Even though I change up the intensity and music, it can get boring.
