Exercise: The FIRM-HDS, walking outside.

I had a doctor appointment, so I walked to the clinic. It wasn't too hot (although I sweat) and didn't rain either (although it started rain after I got home back). This was my last doctor visit while I'm here. I had one thing I've been thinking and my coworker said I shouldn't worry. I wasn't sure if I wanted to ask about this particular thing, but I did at the end. My doctor advised me to pay attention and have ultrasound done. I'm glad that I asked but I am not happy that I was right to concern. I hope it is nothing and don't need to worry at all because all of my vitals are good so far.

I decided to use cleaning service and carpet cleaning service. I know I could have done and should have done myself, but... This is my reward. I pay for it instead of having my nails or hair done. That's how I justify it:)
