Today was the first day i took the neighborhood walk. took a little over an hour and think it was 2.5 miles. then i did 5 minutes on the elipitical. dog tired and off to the softball game. that didnt count the 40 minutes on the tread consisting of 12 minutes jogging 4.2 and 28 minutes at 3.8. no abs this morning but i will catch up
