Difficulty trying to figure out how to boost my protein. Today might be a failure as far as the 50/30/20 challenge goes. Bummer!

Hang in there. I struggle with protein carb balance, too. It seems like carbs are everywhere and lean protein is just harder to come by. Keep your eye out for recipes here in the low carb forum posts, and keep up the good work, it's worth the effort, right! :)
