Wow, this day worked out well enough that I ate healthy and got a few treats in (including fast food for dinner!)

I am currently in love with greek yogurt, with no desire to return to the liquid-y yogurt of my yesteryears. Greek yogurt also tastes like... dessert, breakfast... just goodness. That ends my ode to greek yogurt.

Monday was a wreck of a day... buffet sushi was probably a little overambitious of me, but I'm feeling good about today.
