My Birthday is on March 21st. My biggest goal is to lose the 100 pounds by my birthday. I will lower the risk of diabetes since it runs in the family and I will be able to feel less sluggish.

Welcome to FS I love this website it is a great tool. I think one of the best things here is the journal.. There a ton of benefits you get by doing it. The biggest one is if you are having a rough time sometimes it is good just to talk about it and hear how others have dealt with that same issue or similar ones. Another really great thing about the journal is all the encouragement from other people just like you.. That know a 1.5 lb loss in a week IS A WIN. Sure sure sure you were hopping for 3 but 1.5 is still great. (just happened to me last week) The support is great, use it, give it and lets all be thinner for it!
