Honey Mustard Chicken
Crispy chicken with a tang.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
- Combine the honey mustard dressing, salt and pepper, dill and spring oinons and stir to combine. Remove one-third of the mixture and set aside.
- Dip the chicken into dressing mixture, then cornflake crumbs. Spray with oil and bake until golden brown and just cooked through.
- Serve the chicken with the remaining dressing. Mix dressing with water to make runny and go further.
