Grillgemüse Päckchen

Vegetarisches zum Grillen.

Directions

  1. Alles in Scheiben schneiden, Zitrone auspressen.
  2. Gemüsescheiben abwechselnd mit Feta auf der Alufolie anordnen. Etwas Zitronensaft, Salz und Pfeffer darüber.
  3. Wer mag kann noch Olivenöl oder Pesto darüberträufeln.
  4. Besonders gut wird es, wenn man frischen Thymian hinzugibt.
  5. Päckchen verschließen und für 15-20 min auf den Grill packen.
