Carne com Agrião

Carne na panela de pressão.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Tempere a carne cortada em cubos com um pouco do alho socado, sal e curry. Deixe na geladeira pra pegar o tempero.
  2. Lave um maço de agrião, separe as folhas para utilizar numa salada. Utilize nessa receita os talos maiores que jogaria fora.
  3. Numa panela de pressão, frite o restante do alho no óleo de girassol, acrescente o bacon cortado em cubos, colorífico, curry, cebola em cubos e louro. Depois que estiver dourado coloque os pedaços da carne temperada e refogue.
  4. Feche a panela de pressão e cozinhe por uns 20 minutos. Quando a carne já estiver bem molinha, coloque o agrião e tomate, acerte o sal e feche a panela novamente pra que cozinhe por mais 5 minutos. No final acrescente coentro, salsa e cebolinha à gosto.
