Aprikosen-Protein-Muffins

Gesunder Protein-Snack für zwischendurch.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Zuerst werden die 100g Magerquark, die 200g griechischer Joghurt, die beiden Eier, die 30g Whey-Protein und der Esslöffel gemahlene Mandeln gut verrührt.
  2. Anschließend werden die Aprikosen in kleine Teile geschnitten und zur restlichen Masse hinzugegeben.
  3. Jetzt muss die Masse nur noch gleichmäßig in 5-6 Muffin-Papiere in eine Muffinform gegeben werden und für ca. 35min gebacken werden. Und fertig.
